I am passionate about innovation, scientific knowledge and human progress. My main interests are Science, Open Source Software, the Internet, Entrepreneurship and Economics. Within Economics I am most passionate about Indian Economic reforms. Within Open Source Software my interests are Drupal, the Android mobile platform and the LyX scientific editor.
I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering from Cornell University in US. I also hold an MBA and a master’s degree in Physics. As you can probably figure out, I love studying and academics. I also love teaching and explaining things to people. This is why I have setup NoParrots.com, a training institute for open source technologies especially Drupal.
My economic views are slightly left of the centre (By standards of Western Economies). In terms of my social views (freedom of speech, rights of defendants, freedom of religion and so on) I would call myself a semi-libertarian.
I’m kinda in the middle with my views (not to strict nor too lax). Fits in well with my short philosophy.
