These pictures were taken at Kala Ghoda in Fort, South Mumbai. Someone has very sweetly put a teeka on the puppy’s head. Unfortunately someone has also taken “ownership” of the puppy by tying it to the tree. I wonder whether this is a passing fancy and the puppy will be abandoned after a few weeks…or its something more permanent. I wish I could RFID this puppy and know what came of it over the months and years ahead. The world is so big and bad…and these strays so small and cute
